In the app, users can request that their account be deleted by going to My Account, opening User Info, clicking on Edit, pressing Delete Account. When you submit a deletion request, we will ask you to provide some information in order to verify your identity and respond to your request. Specifically, we will ask you to verify information that can be used to link your identity to particular records in our possession or to a user account, which depends on the nature of your relationship and interaction with us. We will endeavor to respond to and comply with your deletion request within 45 days.
We do not target, market to, or offer the Service to children under the age 13 who are living anywhere in the world. We do not collect or maintain information on our Service from those we actually know are under the age of 18. We request that all visitors to our Website who are under 18 not disclose or provide any personal information. If we discover that we have collected personal information about a person under the age of 18, we will take appropriate steps to delete that person’s personal information from our records.
