Zoom up to the 18th floor penthouse above Herald Square and you'll enter a 5,000-square-foot Scandinavian lodge decked out in wood-paneled walls reminiscent of a Swedish sauna. Mirroring the lovely floral patterns on the chairs, cocktails have delicate herbal notes, like the Monarch (with gin, grapefruit juice, and lavender bitters) or the Butterfly Effect (with small-batch Casa Noble tequila, lemon juice, and jalapeño honey).
