What started as a small-batch creamery in 2011 has expanded into an ice cream empire of sorts. Co-owned by Brooklyn couple Brian Smith and Jackie Cuscuna, their unique flavors range from modernized classics (Strawberries and Cream, Chocolate Milk and Cookies) to truly one-of-a-kind (the deconstructed Rice Krispies ice cream they call Snap, Mallow, Pop!). And if you ever have the chance to get your spoon on the Salted Crack Caramel, do yourself a favor and just do it.
