You might not expect an old-school barn to be one of the best places in NYC to find Neapolitan-style pizza, but that’s exactly what this Greenpoint pizzeria is. As a bonus, it has a lengthy vegan menu for the herbivore in your life. You won’t miss the meat and cheese when you’re ordering thoughtfully made wood-fired pizzas with goofy names like the In Ricotta Da Vegan, with fennel sausage and cashew ricotta dollops. Then again, it’s hard to resist pies topped with pastrami and brisket from Red Hook’s Hometown Bar-B-Que.
