Eat | $$$$$
After years of popping up around Los Angeles, this seafood specialist found a permanent home for its bright and briny dishes in Silver Lake. The space is tiny, as is the ever-evolving menu, but it’s just enough for eating things like Hawaiian kampachi with jalapeno, pineapple and plantains, or prawns with pickled mustard seed, radish, and habanero oil. The point is, you’ll be stopping in for seasonal light bites and a glass of natural wine or sake cocktail, and then maybe move on somewhere else. This is the neighborhood for it, after all.
