Patsy Grimaldi is a pizza-slinging legend in NYC. His family has launched two of the city's most iconic pie shops: Patsy's and Grimaldi's in the DUMBO neighborhood of Brooklyn. A few years back, Patsy came out of retirement to open Juliana's next-door to the current Grimaldi's (Patsy sold it in the late '90s.) And so he's back to rolling out perfectly thin crusts, covering them in perfectly tangy sauce, and sprinkling them with perfectly fresh mozzarella before cooking them in a coal-fired brick oven. Yeah, you're going to want to try this pizza.
