Eat, Drink | $$$$$
If you find a consistently good Midtown restaurant with a non-touristy vibe, you should cling to it like your lover atop a rocky sea. At least one prominent critic has called the antipasti bar the best in town. So head for the giant nose sculpture above the door in the space near Carnegie Hall and soak up a quintessentially bustling New York scene.
